I am horrible with my handwriting, so the idea of art journaling with actual words is a little scary to me.  Still, not one to shy away from something scary, I've given it a whirl:

Journal Art

I have not had time to do much art the past few days :(

However, I do have a few pieces to show:

This one is a jelly fish from last fall.  I was playing with watercolor and ink!

This is one from just the other day - it is a bit of zendangles and some word art (I am so not good at words and lettering yet - my handwriting is just awful!) and I'm LOVING the metallic gel pens for the zentangle art!

I am going to start working on lettering as art.  And I really love the watercolor backgrounds I've been doing; I think they add a depth to the journal pages that make them really fun!

Zentangle Fun

I have been playing with all kinds of ART in my life lately!  I have decided I need to take time to enjoy what I love.  I have discovered art journaling along with zentangle doodling!
